finally the sun

Sorry if my legs temporarily blinded you, they have been hidden in tights against their will for far too long. Thankfully, the sun finally made a surprise appearance in the city this weekend. It was nice while it lasted! 




The wharf is just a few blocks from my apartment so my roommate and I went on a late afternoon stroll  Saturday. I had a hair appointment earlier on Fillmore then stopped in a vintage shop and picked up this top, which actually came as a set wtih a skirt that is begging to be shortened. I love buying vintage sets then wearing them as separates, only set me back $35.

I love the structure that the shoulder pads add. Generally though, I have shoulder pads removed, but it adds a little something in this case.

This is the latest piece from my new line. I'm forever drawn to dreamy blues and greens but this weekend while gem hunting i was in the mood for some FIRE. Something is happening with hot pink too, I've been especially drawn to it lately. I'll be listing this baby in my etsy shop tonight and will be adding a new piece every day this week so there's more to come.
