Sunday I met a girlfriend to watch the Kentucky Derby (the hats, not the race) and drink mint julips to celebrate the occasion. I love a good monochrome and white is always a favorite. My mom was HUGE into monchromes, claiming they make you look taller. She would take it over the top with the same color shoes, bag, pants, top, and lipstick, but she pulled it off well.
